A Note About COVID-19
We are open to help you care for your pets during this challenging time. We have implemented some new temporary protocols to help ensure your safety and the safety of our staff, while still giving excellent veterinary care.
With public safety in mind, we have decided to only see appointments as a Curbside Service. What this means is that during your designated appointment time, you will call us and our technicians will meet you at your car to gather your animal. Please have any information you would like the doctor to see - vaccination history or notes - ready to give them as well. Your pet will then be given a full exam by the doctor in the hospital who will then contact you on your phone to discuss your concerns and our findings, as well as the best plan for your pet. Following the completion of your pet's exam, the technicians will return them to you and we can collect payment then, or even better just take payment over the phone.
By doing this, we can limit the foot traffic into the hospital and hopefully help minimize the spread of Coronavirus, as many of us can be asymptomatic carriers and we want to help stop the spread to our more vulnerable population.
If you are one of our more vulnerable clients or someone who does not feel comfortable even with our curbside service, we are offering telemedicine consults as well. If you have noted something concerning, you can send us a picture and the doctor can look at the information and talk to you on the phone. If medications are prescribed, you may pay for them over the phone and then send someone to come by and pick them up for you using our curbside service.
Lastly, we are forgoing any non-essential things such as Nail Trims, Vaccination appointments, especially for our younger patients are essential, and we are still available for appointments for those. Once again, everything will be done as curbside service.
We appreciate your help in our new protocols. This is an important time for us all to come together for the greater good of our community.
